Job summary
A prominent recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a dynamic sales professional to focus on new business development. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in selling intangible products and proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, securing appointments, and executing workshops with consultants. If you have a proactive and sociable personality, this role could be for you.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling intangible products or solution-based sales.
- Proven ability to manage top-level sales (e.g., presidents or senior executives) is acceptable.
- Industry experience in HR consulting or Learning & Development is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Focus on new business development (approx. 95%).
- Identify and acquire new clients at the president or senior management level.
- Secure appointments through proactive cold calls and visits.
