Job summary

A fund management company in Singapore is seeking a full-time Accounting / Finance Manager. This role involves managing daily accounting tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and GST. Candidates should have a college degree in a relevant field and experience with external audits. Strong proficiency in Excel and PC skills are essential. The position works Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in accounting or finance is required.
  • Understanding of financial markets is preferred.
  • Experience with GST and data filing is useful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including AR, AP, and GST.
  • Forecast the company's financial status.
  • Support audit processes and necessary filings.
  • Correspond with vendors and private banks.
  • Assist the Support Team with internal tasks.

Our main business is asset management of wealthy individuals, including a broad spectrum of related services of assisting our client’s family life, such as assistance in establishing a company for their investment or business and assistance in local HR related matters etc. We are currently looking for a full‑time Accounting / Finance manager. Prior experience/knowledge in the financial markets is preferred.

Duties
  • Day to day overall accounting tasks for AR, AP, and GST
  • Forecasting the company financial status
  • Support for audit, MAS data filing, and other required and necessary filing
  • Correspond with vendors, private banks, and other third parties
  • Support other internal tasks of the Support Team which includes operation and general affairs
  • Other duties vary depending on experiences and skillsets
Required skillset and experience
  • Accounting experience, background and college degree
  • Profound experience and understanding on Excel and Excel Macro
  • Experience in working with external auditor(s)
  • Established PC skills including Word, Power Point, and security application(s)
