A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Training Manager specializing in the energy sector. The role involves designing and coordinating training programs, monitoring their effectiveness, and managing budgets. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience as an Inhouse Training Manager, a relevant degree, and certifications in training and assessment. Basic $4,000 - $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Entitled to Yearly Increment
5 Days Role 9am-6pm
Industry: Energy Consultation Firm to Learners From Construction, Engineering and Energy Sectors about Sustainability.
Proven work experience (at least 3 years) as aInhouse Training Manager, preferabletraining experience in energy / sustainable / engineering topics.
At least degree is required for this role.
Has WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) / Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
Design, develop and coordinate programmes.
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
Manage training budget.
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for the promotion of programmes.
Pre and Onsite management of programmes.
Post training follow up including participant feedback, continuous improvement of programmes.
Involve in the business development of training function and with the development of new workshops and/or new training modules.
Marketing for training programs including email campaigns, follow up on queries.
Ensure training programmes are aligned with WSQ requirements.
Maintenance and expansion of databases.
Engage in social media to promote courses.
Administrative duties.
