A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Consultant (Intermediate) to perform bookkeeping, accounting, and consultancy tasks. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Accountancy or Finance and at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero is essential. This role offers a competitive salary of $3,100-$4,000 plus benefits.

- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in an accounting firm.
- Experience with full sets of accounts or equivalent experience.
Responsabilités
- Perform bookkeeping and accounting services for external clients.
- Prepare client financial statements in accordance with FRSs.
- Conduct software trainings and management of statutory deadlines.

Working Days and Time: 5 days 9am-6pm
Working Location: Ubi
Salary: $3,100-$4,000 + Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus
- Perform regular Bookkeeping and Accounting services, Taxation work, quarterly GST, Payroll services rendered to external clients (preparation of full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, audit schedules, etc.) or provide consultancy thereof.
- Preparation of client’s unaudited financial statements prepared in accordance to Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs)
- Streamline clients’ cashflow monitoring processes
- Provide internal process consultancy and backoffice software consultancy to clients
- Review junior consultants’ work for accuracy and reasonableness
- Conduct MYOB and other backoffice software trainings and IT consultancy for clients
- Manage internal and company’s clients’ statutory datelines
- At least diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA
- At least 1 years relevant experience in accounting firm.
- With proven exposure to managing full sets of accounts or equivalent experience in a related industry.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero
- Working knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel
