Overview

Responsibilities

Admin Matters:

  • Timely billing to clients
  • Manage project costing files and supplier invoices
  • Filing and keeping records of project documents
  • Onsite support for project teams including AR collection and purchase of groceries
  • Purchase of stationery, beverages, project and office cleaning items
  • Receptionist duties including answering of phone calls
  • Arrange delivery of items to clients on time
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office including packing of event items and clearing rubbish as and when required
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to project team whenever needed

Human Resource Matters:

  • Recruitment which includes arranging for interviews and orientation for new employees
  • Visa and work permit application for project teams
  • Maintaining and updating of leave and time off records
  • Staff expense claims checking and filing
  • Maintaining personal records
  • Organise yearly staff retreat and ad hoc staff gatherings
Qualifications
  • Singaporeans only
  • Minimum O’Level / Diploma in relevant discipline
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • IT savvy with knowledge of MS Office and Teams
  • Hands on, proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks
  • May need to work on weekends during major events
