A fast-growing innovation-led company is seeking a Global Head of HR based in Singapore. This role involves building a global HR function, implementing HRIS, and overseeing talent acquisition and performance management. Candidates should have entrepreneurial HR experience and strong skills in both Mandarin and English. The total compensation package is up to SGD 200,000 annually, plus participation in the company’s ESOPs.
Frazer Jones is delighted to be exclusively retained for a confidential search to appoint a Global Head of HR for a fast-growing, innovation-led company with global operations. This is a newly created leadership role, reporting directly to the Global Chief Executive Officer, and will be instrumental in designing and building a global HR function from the ground up. The role is based in Singapore, with flexibility to work remotely and frequent international travel required.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, the Global Head of HR will lead the development and execution of the company’s people strategy across multiple regions, including the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The role will focus on building foundational HR infrastructure, designing scalable and fit-for-purpose people processes, and enabling business growth through culture, capability and organisational development. A key part of the mandate includes the implementation of a global HRIS platform, ensuring the integration of efficient systems and data-led decision-making across the organisation. This role will also oversee the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, rewards, and operational excellence, while ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial objectives.
The business is already profitable, enjoys the backing of strong institutional investors, and has clear ambitions to pursue an IPO in the near future. This creates an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to shape the organisation’s people agenda at a pivotal stage of its global growth journey.
Total compensation package for this role will be up to SGD 200,000 per annum, plus participation in the company’s employee stock ownership plan (ESOPs).
