Overview

Frazer Jones is delighted to be exclusively retained for a confidential search to appoint a Global Head of HR for a fast-growing, innovation-led company with global operations. This is a newly created leadership role, reporting directly to the Global Chief Executive Officer, and will be instrumental in designing and building a global HR function from the ground up. The role is based in Singapore, with flexibility to work remotely and frequent international travel required.

As a core member of the executive leadership team, the Global Head of HR will lead the development and execution of the company’s people strategy across multiple regions, including the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The role will focus on building foundational HR infrastructure, designing scalable and fit-for-purpose people processes, and enabling business growth through culture, capability and organisational development. A key part of the mandate includes the implementation of a global HRIS platform, ensuring the integration of efficient systems and data-led decision-making across the organisation. This role will also oversee the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, rewards, and operational excellence, while ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial objectives.

  • Oversee the implementation of a global HRIS platform and ensure data-led decision-making across the organization.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, rewards, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure alignment of the HR strategy with the company’s commercial objectives.

Candidate profile / Qualifications
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial HR leader with experience building HR from 0 to 1 in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience in SMEs or founder-led businesses with the pace, ambiguity and resourcefulness required in such settings.
  • Proven track record in implementing global HRIS platforms and leading HR operational excellence.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with ability to operate and influence across diverse cultures.
  • Experience establishing and scaling offices in Singapore and other international markets is highly desirable.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to drive execution at speed and influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Prior HR experience in Singapore and strong understanding of Singapore’s employment legislation and manpower regulations are mandatory.
Compensation and location

Total compensation package for this role will be up to SGD 200,000 per annum, plus participation in the company’s employee stock ownership plan (ESOPs).
