A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support seniors and manage tasks related to invoices, customer and supplier communication, and data entry. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of administrative experience, familiarity with MS Office, and knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, ensuring efficient operations within the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior staff with administrative duties.
  • Prepare tax invoices, purchase orders, and manage data entry.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Handle inquiries from walk-in customers.

  • Any other duties and assignments from the superior as required
  • Attend to walk-in customers
