Responsabilités
- Update and maintain data related to BME and M&E Equipment Inventory system.
- Maintain physical and electronic records for easy retrieval of BEMS information.
- Manage vendors and users for preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling.
- Oversee Ariba procurement system for BME and M&E.
- Order office supplies to ensure smooth department operations.
Formation
- Update and maintain data related to BME and M&E Equipment Inventory system.
- Maintain physical and electronic records to ensure easy retrieval of BEMS information.
- Manage vendor and users for related matters such as scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for BME equipment.
- Manage of Ariba procurement system for both BME and M&E.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure department runs smoothly.
- Min N/O/A level
