A leading company in HR support in Singapore is looking for an HR Officer to provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, coordinating training and internship programs, supporting recruitment, and handling onboarding processes. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in HR or Business Administration and 1-2 years of HR support experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
The HR Officer provides day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This includes managing travel arrangements, issuing uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), coordinating training and internship programs, supporting recruitment activities, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and overseeing the issuance of stationery, office supplies, pantry items, and employee access cards.
