Job Description
  • Oversee full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s objectives and Singapore’s employment regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, CPF regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements in Singapore.
Requirements
  • At least a diploma Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related certifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
