Job summary

A leading healthcare company in Singapore is looking for an HR Business Partner on a 1-year contract. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, partnering with business leaders to foster collaboration, and using data analytics for informed HR decisions. Ideal candidates have at least 6 years of HR experience and a degree. Salary ranges from SGD 6,000 to SGD 7,000 with additional allowances and bonuses.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Manage staff requisition & headcount reporting
• End to end recruitment process
• Partner with Director to design and implement workforce planning strategies
• Partner closely with business leaders to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusivity.
• Use Data Analytics to make informed decisions
• Interviewing & Selection
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and submission before new joiner’s start date
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
• Ensure timely processing, notification and acknowledgement of leavers cessation

Job Requirements

• Degree and above
• At least 6 years in Human Resource/ or Business partnering
• Experienced in managing or coaching junior employees
• Knowledge in Data Analytics
• Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Salary ranges from $6000 ~ $7000 with allowances and bonuses
