Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, arranging interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Support the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment materials under the guidance of the HR Executive or HR Manager.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist in offboarding procedures, such as collecting company assets and preparing exit forms.
  • Prepare and submit work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, EP) in compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is properly filed and updated.
  • Provide general HR support to employees by responding to queries and assisting with the interpretation of HR policies.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as preparing letters, updating trackers and supporting internal HR processes.
  • Assist in HR initiatives and projects, including employee engagement activities, audits or internal reports.
Qualification Requirements
  • Minimum NITEC in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act, Singapore employment laws and HR practices in market.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
  • 1- 2 years of experience in Human Resource.
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office; Word and Excel.
