Job summary

A human resources consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a People and Culture Associate to oversee the full recruitment cycle, manage HR shared services, and coordinate campus engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business equivalent qualifications.
  • Positive attitude with good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, and proactive in taking on new challenges. A collaborative team player.
  • Experience using Workday or other HRIS platforms will be an advantage.
  • Preferably with one year of relevant experience.

Take charge of full recruitment cycle for campus recruitment.

Connect with various academic institutions to source for potential talent.

Build and maintain relationships with various institutions and career centers to enhance our campus recruiting efforts.

Plan, coordinate, and represent the firm at campus events, job fairs, and career talks to enhance employer branding.

Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.

Lead and manage HR shared services operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services.

Serve as the point of contact for HR inquiries and provide necessary support to the team members.

Oversee and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives.

Maintain the up-to-date employee data, not limited to various survey required.

Manage and coordinate employee engagement activities and feedbacks.

Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements
