Job description

We are working a venture-backed gaming company supported by top-tier investors. The team is currently scaling across regions and expanding its tech capabilities, with a strong focus on innovation, player engagement, and global reach.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and optimisation of front-end pages for internal company systems.
2. Build, develop, and enhance applications on the company’s internal low-code platform.
3. Develop efficiency engineering tools and processes to improve business quality and operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to ensure product quality and development speed.
5. Continuously improve front-end architecture of internal systems to enhance system stability, scalability, and user experience.

Job Requirements:

1. 3+ years of front-end development experience.
2. Strong understanding of JavaScript.
3. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JS; familiar with front-end debugging tools; able to accurately implement design specs; good coding practices and interface/architecture design skills; knowledge of JS performance optimisation and browser compatibility handling.
4. Proficient in React and its core mechanisms; experienced with Git; familiar with Node.js, Webpack, front-end modularity and engineering practices.
5. Some knowledge or experience in backend development.
6. Detail-oriented, passionate about technology, with strong communication skills, teamwork, and excellent problem-solving ability.

Nice to Have:

1. Skilled with productivity tools and knowledgeable/passionate about engineering efficiency, UX, performance, and security.
2. Experience with cross-language development.
3. Experience developing internal systems (e.g. approval workflows, HR, payroll, finance, data analytics, etc.).
4. Experience using or developing low-code platforms.
5. A passion for B2B products.
