Job summary

A leading company in the manufacturing industry is looking for IT support staff to provide helpdesk assistance and monitor manufacturing systems. This role requires basic SQL skills and offers training, making it suitable for new graduates with a Diploma in IT. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant studies.
• Basic network and Wintel System Administration concepts.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems (MES, WMS) is a bonus.

Job description

Our Client:

• Manufacturing Industry

• Wednesday - Sunday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• East - Tampines

• Basic UP $4000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT helpdesk and end-user support, including remote assistance when needed.

• Monitor and respond to issues in the ticketing system related to SFC/WMS and manufacturing systems, following standard procedures.

• Use basic SQL to extract system transaction data.

• Monitor network and server health; support production and testing environments; escalate critical issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve label printing issues (Zebra/Sharp).

• Conduct IT internal audits and training to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Handle IT asset procurement, setup, licensing, and record-keeping.

• Maintain the internal knowledge base; report recurring issues for root cause analysis.

• Troubleshoot system and application issues, and resolve hardware/software problems.

• Follow SOPs to monitor and clear real-time reporting backlogs

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant studies

• Basic network and Wintel System Administration concept

• Knowledge of manufacturing system (MES, WMS) is a bonus

• No experiences is required, training will be provided
