Job summary
A leading manufacturer of nanopositioning technology is seeking a Finance and HR Manager to oversee operations in China, reporting to executives based in Germany. The role demands over a decade of relevant experience, with a strong focus on compliance and budget management. The ideal candidate will possess advanced understanding of accounting standards, fluency in English and Mandarin, plus a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Qualifications
- 10+ years finance/accounting experience in similar roles.
- 5+ years leading teams of 4 or more.
- Experience with US or European companies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting and tax activities in China.
