Job description
  • Processing AR invoices, Receipts, Giro Run and handle customer enquiries.
  • Reconciling of Daily counter collection vs NETs Merchant report / CEPAS LTA collection.
  • Reconciling daily interfaced transactions/cash receipts with the source system/against Nets records.
  • Follow up on unidentified transactions/receipts and recoverable balance sheet items.
  • Prepare journal entries for monthly closing.
  • Assist to prepare monthly Schedules for audit and tax reporting purpose.
  • Assist in ensuring GST and audit compliance.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma holder with 1-3 years of relevant experience, candidates with no prior experience may be considered.
  • Attention to details and determination to maintain high quality of work is essential.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task.
