Finance and Admin/HR Executive
This hands-on position requires an individual who can effectively manage both Financial and Admin/HR functions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide Finance and Admin/HR support to the Finance and Administration Department.
Finance
Handling accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing.
Handling staff claims.
Maintain and Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy of all financial data.
Handling Intergroup transactions, reconciliation, and confirmation.
Assist to prepare Quarterly GST reporting.
To liaise with intergroup companies, banks, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary and external vendors/contractors.
Support in audit preparation and other Accounting/financial tasks as required.
Admin/HR
Support end-to-end HR operations: Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Annual performance review exercises, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Policy Development, Projects and Research and Exit processes.
Maintain HR records and company documentations.
Handling office administration: liaise with Vendors and service contractors regarding Company matters (ie upkeep and repair of office equipment; leasing matters; Insurance Policies; Risk Management etc).
Provide administrative support for office / warehouse supplies management, IT coordination, vendor sourcing and Banking matters.
Provide general office administrative/HR support as required.

Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Human Resource, Business Administration or any other related fields.
Preferably with 2-3 years of Accounting and Admin/HR experience.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Highly adaptive in fast-paced working environment.
Experience with SAP and HRMS will be an added advantage.
Strong Team player with approachable personality.
Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to details.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and show professionalism.
Additional Information:
Work location will be in the East Area.
5-day work week.
