Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Accounts Assistant to manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare GST returns, and assist with financial reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least a diploma in accounting and experience in the shipping industry is a plus. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and submit GST returns and tax computations.
- Prepare Monthly closing report.
- Prepare audit schedule.
- Prepare Monthly AR and AP Overdue Reports.
Skills
Education
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Assistant which is responsible for a range of accounting tasks, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR). You will assist in the preparation of full sets of management accounts, unaudited financial statements, consolidated financial statements, and business activity reports. Your contributions will also include financial accounting, corporate reporting activities, preparation and submission of Quarterly GST Return
- Min Diploma in Accounting
- Responsible for invoicing / partial accounts
- Experience in Shipping Industries will be considered advantage
- Committed, meticulous and hardworking
