Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and tax (GST).
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero is preferred).
• Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, month-end closing).
• Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
• Liaison with banks for account matters, loan documentation, and transaction verifications.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
