Homeone is a compliance-driven engineering group operating across plumbing, gas, air-conditioning, and electrical trades. We are known for our accuracy, documentation quality, and adherence to PUB, EMA, and BCA regulations.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Executive to manage our accounting and statutory filings.
This role is ideal for experienced professionals who value long-term stability, well-structured responsibilities, and professional respect.

• Manage full-set accounts for multiple entities under the group
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports
• Handle GST, CPF, IRAS filings, and annual corporate tax submissions
• Supervise bookkeeping accuracy, journals, and reconciliations
• Liaise with auditors and management for reviews and compliance
• Support payroll computation and maintain confidential employee records
• Coordinate with management to improve accounting processes gradually

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in full-set accounts (preferably in SMEs)
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore accounting and tax standards
• Meticulous, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Proficient in Excel; training will be provided for digital tools (Google Workspace, Airtable, automation systems)
• Strong sense of responsibility and pride in maintaining accurate records
