Job summary
A local educational training center in Singapore is seeking an individual for front desk and customer service role. Responsibilities include managing student enrolments, overseeing center operations, and communicating effectively in both English and Mandarin. The ideal candidate will enjoy a 4-day work week, complemented by a supportive educational environment that includes meal provisions and fixed working hours.

Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Manage student enrolments, attendance, and invoicing.
- Oversee center operations and maintain facilities.
Skills
- 4-day work week (Fri–Sun,Tue) — Mon Wed & Thur rest days
- Fixed weekend hours: Sat & Sun, 8 : 30 am – 6 : 00 pm
- Fixed weekday hours: Fri & Tue, 1:00 pm -8:30 pm
- 1 free meal a day, education-focused environment
- Front Desk & Customer Service – welcome visitors, answer phone / WhatsApp / email enquiries, maintain polite and professional communication.
- Bilingual Communication (English & Mandarin) – confidently liaise with Mandarin-speaking parents and students to ensure clear two-way understanding.
- Class Administration – manage enrolments, attendance, make-up lessons, invoicing, and fee collection.
- Centre Operations – oversee classrooms, stationery, pantry and basic facilities; liaise with vendors and logistics partners.
- Marketing & Events Support – prepare simple posters, update social media, coordinate holiday workshops and outreach events.
- Data & Reporting – maintain accurate student records, compile weekly operational reports.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Centre Manager.
