Job summary

A reputable facility management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual for dormitory operations. Responsibilities include inspecting common areas, monitoring work pass statuses, and enforcing rules within the dormitory. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or security, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and can work flexible hours as needed. This role may require participation in emergency response initiatives.

Job description
Job Responsibility
  • Performs routine inspection of residential and common areas in the dormitory compound.
  • Monitor the validity of work pass status for all residents and prepare monthly report for the checking in and out of the dormitory unit.
  • Enforcement on the rules and regulation for the dormitory .
  • Participate in fire drills and emergency response plans with directions from Operations Manager/Management
  • Check dormitory essential systems are operational condition (Utilities, CCTV, fire alarm system)
  • Ensures order and regulates peak hour crowds at different access control points.
  • Report activities and violations of residents.
  • Conduct briefing of house rules and regulations for newly registered residents.
  • Provides assistance and supervision to contractors and vendors performing facility maintenance.
  • Other ad-hoc assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in dormitory operations, facility management or security.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work on flexible schedule when required.
  • Overtime may be required
  • Prone to emergency matters on Sunday / Public Holidays
