Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities management in semiconductor/electronics.
• Experience with ACMV, Exhaust, and Vacuum mechanical systems.
• Must have a positive team attitude and willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and vendor hook up works.
• Expert in Mechanical systems including Chilled Water and cleanroom systems.
• Manage predictive maintenance programs for facility systems.
• Ensure 24/7 operations and minimize downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee technical changes through Change Management.
• Support troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Manage mechanical projects and supervise execution.
• Control inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Prepare work permits to ensure safety compliance.
• Develop and update operating procedures.
• Train technicians on system problem resolution.
