Job summary

Job Scope

• Perform routine checks on electrical, A/C, plumbing & building systems
• Support minor repair works (plumbing, sanitary, basic electrical)
• Supervise servicing works by external contractors
• Ensure AHU & switch rooms are kept clean and in good condition
• Assist with fault finding and ad hoc building maintenanc

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in facilities/building maintenance
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & repairs
