Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Operations Management
- Manage resident check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of occupancy, bed availability, and resident information.
- Handle issuance of access cards, keys, and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with technicians/contractors.
- Conduct routine inspections of dormitory rooms and common areas.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulatory requirements for worker housing.
- Assist in enforcing dormitory rules, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
2. Invoicing & Finance Administration
- Prepare monthly accommodation invoices for companies and tenants.
- Track payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain organized financial records and support audit requirements.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate billing.

3. Resident Service & Support
- Serve as the primary contact point for residents’ enquiries and issues.
- Support new residents/wokers with onboarding information and orientation.
- Assist in managing welfare programs, activities, and communication with employers.
- Handle complaints professionally and elevate matters when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent; relevant admin or facility operations experience preferred.
- Experience in dormitory management, facility management, or accommodation admin is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or property/dorm management systems.
- Good communication skills (English required; ability to speak Bengali, Tamil, or Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to handle resident issues professionally with empathy and firmness.
Work Conditions
• May require shift work, weekend duty, or on-call support depending on dormitory operations.
