Job description

• Collaborate with global and regional account management teams to lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for strategic and global customers.
• Review and analyze tender specifications, coordinating primarily with APAC countries to ensure accurate and timely responses.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including local offices and central procurement teams, to deliver high-quality and competitive proposals.
• Develop project plans to support pricing analysis, internal reviews, and evaluations in accordance with the global tender management process.
• Maintain comprehensive records of tenders within internal reports and the tender document management system.
• Lead or participate in cross-region stakeholder meetings, providing guidance and analysis from a Tender Management perspective to support corporate objectives.
• Identify and resolve tender-related issues, implementing corrective action plans to enhance the tender management process.
• Undertake additional assignments and contribute to related projects as required.
