Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in airfreight customer service or logistics.
  • At least GCE “O” or “N” Level qualifications.
  • Familiarity with the CCN system is required.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers with daily cargo booking requests across multiple airline options.
  • Coordinate and secure cargo space with airlines, and provide timely booking confirmations.
  • Develop understanding of various airline products and advise customers.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to cargo bookings to ensure data accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment coordination.
  • Monitor and track shipment progress, keeping customers informed of status updates.
  • Manage customer enquiries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Billing team for invoicing accuracy.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job description

Monday to Friday
9 AM - 6 PM
Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Alternate Saturdays: 9 AM - 1 PM

You will be part of the Co-Loading team, supporting customers by delivering efficient and service-oriented airfreight solutions across a range of airline products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers with daily cargo booking requests across multiple airline options.
  • Coordinate and secure cargo space with airlines, and provide timely booking confirmations to customers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of various airline products and advise customers on suitable solutions based on their shipment needs.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to cargo bookings, including updating flight reservations in systems or templates and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as customers, warehouses, airlines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment coordination.
  • Monitor and track shipment progress, keeping customers informed of status updates.
  • Manage customer enquiries professionally and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Billing team to ensure accurate and complete information for invoicing.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
