Job description

Job Scope:

Pre-Gallery Visit

• Process individual/group online bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently through various booking platforms to optimise visitor flow and capacity utilisation
• Oversee Google Calendar and booking platform to ensure accurate booking arrangements and proper docent deployment for group visits
• Coordinate with security and facility management team on group booking logistics
• Support the Comms team in conceptualising and executing publicity plans and campaign for the client
• Prepare gallery and ensure that all systems are working before visits

During Gallery Visit

• Provide on-site visitor support and assistance throughout gallery spaces during operation hours
• Conduct regular walks throughout gallery spaces to monitor visitor safety and ensure smooth operations
• Conduct guided tours as required

Post Gallery Visit

• Collect visitor feedback through surveys and informal conversations to assess visitor experience
• Compile and analyse visitor data including footfall and demographic statistics

Other Duties

• Support special events as required
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Strong interest in Singapore's history and community building initiatives
• Strong planning, communications and administrative skills
• Require to stand for extended periods and conduct gallery tours as docent
• Must be able to work on weekends

Working Arrangements

• 5-day work week (4 weekdays + Saturday)
• Mondays to Thursdays – 8.30am to 6pm
• Fridays and Saturdays – 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary: $5000 - $7000/Month

Contract Period: 12 months from appointment date

Location: Buona Vista
