• The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The warehouse executive will report to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Requires regular presence on the warehouse floor, physical stamina, and may involve working shifts, weekends, or extended hours as operational needs demand.
• Our warehouse is located at JTC Medtech Hub in Boon Lay with a minimum usable 2,000 pallet capacity.

This role is key to maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse space, implementing safety protocols, and supervising the warehouse team to meet productivity and quality targets.

• Assist Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage the complete cycle of inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, sorting, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure the optimal utilization of warehouse space and maintain a clean, organized, and secure facility.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Procurement) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
• Assist Supply Chain Manager to develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and resolve daily operational issues and implement effective short-term and long-term solutions.
• Support Supply Chain Manager in monthly reporting, stock reviews and process improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in warehouse workflow and implement lean/ process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance efficiency
• Partake in design, testing and implementation of WMS and assist Supply Chain manager in bridging the gap between the software's capabilities and the physical reality of the warehouse floor

• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, as well as local Health and Safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Enforce proper handling, storage, and disposal procedures.
• Enforce 5s methodology in warehouse and implementing best warehouse practices

• Supervise, motivate, and train warehouse staff (including inbound, Picking, and Packing teams) to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Plan and manage daily manpower schedules, task assignments and resource allocation to meet operational demands.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and handle disciplinary matters in coordination with Supply Chain Manager and HR.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of hands‑on operational experience in a high‑volume warehouse or distribution centre, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/ executive role.
2. Minimum O Level/SPM or equivalent qualification in a related field
3. Have experience/ partake before in designing, testing and implementation of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
4. Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting) and practical experience with a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Regular working hours (Mon to Thu 7am to 5pm, and Friday 7am to 4pm).
