The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase is pivotal in advancing the firm’s data and analytics capabilities. It ensures adherence to data & AI risk & control while enabling a data & analytics strategy that supports superior decision‑making and business outcomes for clients and markets. By leveraging data, AI, and ML, the CDAO develops innovative solutions to support commercial goals, enhance productivity, and manage risk. The Asia Pacific CDAO advances the firm’s strategy, platforms, solutions, capabilities, and governance to deliver trustworthy, responsible, innovative, and commercially valuable outcomes across the APAC markets and businesses.
The Head of AI Strategy and Commercialization Enablement, APAC is a critical executive role that partners with senior stakeholders across the organization to shape AI strategy, develop AI roadmaps, foster cross‑functional partnerships, and spearhead the commercialization and value generation of AI‑driven use cases, products, and solutions to enhance client value, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. The role requires deep expertise in wholesale banking and asset management, combined with a deep understanding of data and AI capabilities—Data strategy, traditional and frontier AI (GenAI/ML), and agentic AI—and how to deploy them safely and compliantly at scale within a Financial Services environment.
This leader serves as a catalyst for responsible innovation, unlocking commercial value, operational efficiency, and enhanced risk management through Analytics and AI solutions while ensuring alignment with global AI governance standards.
