Executive/Senior Executive, Parents Relations & Sales Enrolment

We are seeking a results-driven Senior/Executive to champion our enrolment growth and foster a thriving parent community. This role is central to managing our sales pipeline, ensuring an exceptional customer journey, and providing vital administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive and passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Enrolment
  • Manage and accurately flow prospects from central enquiries (hotline/email) to centres, including scheduling appointments.
  • Audit and monitor centre compliance with sales workflows and ensure accurate, timely follow-up on all enquiries.
  • Conduct market research, including mystery shops and surveys, on competitors to understand customer needs.
  • Support sales activities and prepare sales/enrolment reports.
Parents Relations & Customer Service
  • Provide excellent customer service standards.
  • Receive and accurately identify feedback (hotline/email) for centre follow-up or escalation.
  • Monitor centres to ensure proper and timely resolution of all customer complaints and enquiries.
  • Survey dropout/withdrawal lists to identify churn reasons and execute retention efforts (salvage).
  • Coordinate engagement initiatives like newsletters to foster strong parent relations.
Administration
  • Maintain accurate fee structures and contact listings.
  • Support corporate tie-up agreements and promotions.
  • Perform general office administration and documentation filing.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Bilingual Capability (English and Mandarin) to effectively manage customer enquiries
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the Early Childhood sector.
