Position Summary: Senior Consultant Singapore

We are seeking a seasoned consulting professional with a strong background in strategic planning and advisory services for banking and financial client. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of consulting expertise, with proven ability to engage C-level executives as a trusted peer and thought partner. Prior experience in Big 4 consulting firms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Consulting & Planning
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with senior client executives, including Regional CIO, focused on financial and business initiatives.
  • Provide planning and advisory support for large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2.Client Engagement & Advisory
  • Partner with C-suite executives to shape long-term strategies, roadmaps, and governance models.
  • Drive stakeholder management and executive-level communication across complex organizations.
3.Project Leadership
  • Oversee large-scale consulting engagements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
4. Thought Leadership & Mentorship
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in financial technology and digital transformation.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of best practices within the consulting team.
5.Business Development
  • Support proposal development and client presentations for strategic consulting opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding consulting services within existing accounts.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of consulting experience with banking and financial clients.
    Proven ability to lead strategic planning and transformation initiatives at an executive level.
  • Exceptional consulting and planning capabilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage CIO-level stakeholders as a peer.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large scale, complex, multi-year initiatives.
  • Possess a data-centric nature and attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence and drive consensus among senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of financial services industry trends (digital banking, fintech, regulatory compliance).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into business value for executive audiences.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
