A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Temp Finance Executive in Singapore to manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions. The ideal candidate will ensure invoice compliance, handle payment queries, and prepare reconciliations. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in finance or accounting. 📢 Temp Finance Executive (AP/AR/GL) – gov
Location: One Marina Boulevard (Raffles Place MRT)
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Role comes with some overtime
Past timesheets show average end time 7.30pm–8.00pm
OT paid at 1.5X for work done beyond 42.5 hours/week
Min Under Diploma / O / A Level – $10/hr
Min Diploma – $11/hr
Min Undergrad – $12/hr
Min Degree – $15/hr
Handle AP/AR/GL functions for assigned accounts
Process and verify invoices
Ensure invoices comply with financial procedures and proper documentation
Schedule payments and ensure sufficient cashflow
Handle invoice and payment queries from internal/external stakeholders
Prepare monthly vendor statement of accounts reconciliations
Process PO requests and ensure compliance with procurement policies
Work closely with relevant stakeholders on finance-related matters
Prepare journal entries and assist with management accounts
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
Assist with internal and external audit queries
Support system implementation and UAT activities
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
