Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of outlet operations
• Maintain high quality standard in customer service and cleanliness
• Supervise and train crew on the technical competencies in each functional area of the outlet, kitchen and counter
• Ensure disciplinary standards are met
• Manage stock inventory

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' /'O' /Diploma
• Resourceful with a high degree of initiative and maturity
• A team player with good leadership and customer service skills
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Non-executive specializing in Food /Beverage/Restaurant service or equivalent
• Preferably with 2 years experience in traditional coffee/tea preparation

Salary Range

Basic pay of S$5,000 to S$5,200 (Depending on relevant experience)

Additional Benefits (can be communicated during interview)

• No MC and no lateness (< 3 times a month) of $100
• 1 x Staff meal
• Overtime rate of 1.5 time of employee hourly pay
• Sales incentive may apply
