Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and manage content for major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
- Develop a social media content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor engagement rate, reach, and follower growth.
- Video Shooting & Editing
- Shoot product videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional videos.
- Edit videos for TikTok, Reels, ads, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all videos are creative, high quality, and aligned with brand style.
- Basic knowledge of lighting, composition, and videography is a plus.
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Create visual and written content for various digital platforms.
- Write captions, ad copy, product descriptions, and event information.
- Use Canva or similar tools to design basic creative assets.
- Digital Advertising (Paid Media)
- Assist in executing and optimizing Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads.
- Support audience targeting, budget control, and A/B testing.
- Track ad performance and provide optimization recommendations.
- Website & SEO Support
- Update website content and product information.
- Assist with basic SEO tasks such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and blog updates.
- KOL / Influencer Marketing
- Identify and evaluate suitable KOLs/influencers (TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, etc.) to increase brand exposure and engagement.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key influencers for ongoing collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze influencer marketing performance to optimize exposure, cost efficiency, and ROI.
- Public‑to‑Private Traffic Conversion
- Develop strategies to convert public‑domain traffic (social media, ads, SEO/SEM, KOL content, etc.) into private channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, CRM, or email lists.
- Manage and operate private‑domain communities to ensure user retention and repurchase.
- Customer Service Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, or other digital platforms.
- Provide product information, assist with order‑related issues, and offer basic after‑sales support.
- Ensure communication is timely, friendly, professional, and aligned with brand standards.
