Job summary

Location: Ubi (In between Taiseng & Macpherson MRT)

Salary: Basic up to $3,500 (depending on relevant experience) + Variable Bonus

Working Days:

• Mon to Fri: 830am - 6pm
• Alternate Saturday: 830am - 1230pm

Key Duties:

• Handle and analyse customer feedback to identify service gaps and improve aftersales experience.
• Work closely with service teams to implement improvement plans and maintain service excellence.
• Prepare reports on service metrics and customer satisfaction trends for management review.
• Support and execute customer delight initiatives to enhance brand loyalty and service quality.

Key Requirement:

• Min Diploma
• Customer service experience, preferably in automotive aftersales or related industry is highly advantageous
