A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Healthcare Executive to provide operational support to the Medical Services team. Key responsibilities include planning work rosters, coordinating meetings, and conducting site visits. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in a related field and possess strong organisational skills. This role requires flexibility on weekends for doctors' rostering. Competitive compensation is offered.
Qualificações
- Prior experience in healthcare or operations support is an advantage.
- Must be willing to be on standby on weekend mornings.
Responsabilidades
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Medical Services team.
- Prepare reports and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan work rosters and ensure optimal manpower deployment.

Job Scope:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Medical Services team.
- Prepare reports and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan work rosters and ensure optimal manpower deployment at medical centres.
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct site visits for audits, briefings, and operational checks.
- Monitor and track BCLS and AED certification for medical staff.
- Support other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in healthcare or operations support is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to be on standby on weekend mornings to assist with doctors’ rostering.
