1. Assist in maintaining and constantly updating the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for LCS, JCL, and YTLCTS, especially in logistics and cement dispatch areas, according to process and method changes.

2. Provide general support to the dispatch operations of YTLCTS.

3. Set up inventory records to track Fleet Access cards movement for LCT/JCT/YTLCTS.

4. Check daily dispatch reports and verify data against Site Printing and SAP.

5. Track OPC & GGBS sample testing status, follow up with laboratories for final results, and review reports upon receipt.

6. Manage asset issuance and return of tablets and SIM cards with transporters according to procedures.

7. Liaise with Telco providers and drivers/transporters regarding data usage, tracking according to billing cycles.

8. Raise Purchase Requisitions for YTLCTS & NYC and ensure POs are issued accordingly.

9. Prepare short-term sponsor letters for plant-related services or visitors based on Ashar & IT requests.

10. Issue goods pass-out notes to transfer items and goods out of port premises, including IT items and spare parts.

11. Perform purchasing tasks as required.

12. Handle all other ad-hoc admin tasks requested by Nanyang Cement PL & YTLCTS, including supporting the plant engineering team's administrative work.

13. Lead internal audits by assisting the team throughout the process.

14. Assist cement terminal operations with daily operational requirements.

15. Support and coordinate ad-hoc project work requirements.

16. Manage importation of parts for YTLCTS, including plant-related imports from overseas.

17. Assist the senior operations manager in monitoring, managing, and booking berthing slots at Jurong Port, and alert them of significant changes or movements.

18. Support the senior manager in monitoring inventory and daily material off-take.

19. Perform POD in SAP for HDB orders upon successful award of HDB jobs.

20. Submit delivery summaries to HDB, ensuring actual volumes match site printing and SAP data.

21. Ensure the correct format and timely submission of hardcopy Delivery Orders (DOs) for payment processing to HDB.
