Job description

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Shipping Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Shipping Executive
• Location: North, Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all essential shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and insurance documents.
• Ensure all outbound paperwork is accurate and aligns with specific customer and carrier requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for shipment arrangements, coordinating closely with freight forwarders, overseas offices, and customers.
• Monitor and facilitate the timely clearance of all inbound shipments.
• Secure necessary permits and licenses required for the legal shipment of goods.
• Arrange courier services for sample deliveries and document dispatch.
• Handle data entry, document filing, and maintenance of shipping records.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least Nitec in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or other related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience in shipping, logistics or trade operations role.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
