Senior Executive, Procurement Systems and Governance
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive Procurement Systems and Governance to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our procurement governance framework, providing functional support for our procurement systems, and driving operational excellence throughout the procurement process.
Key Responsibilities
Governance and Compliance
- Support the checking of processes based on applicable rules, regulations, policies, and strategies.
- Assist to maintain procurement policies, procedures, and standards to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of robust governance frameworks to manage supplier relationships and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance through regular audits and assessments.
Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes
- Assist Standardize procurement operations across global organizations.
Training and Support
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor process efficiency and achieve operational excellence.
Performance Management
- Consolidate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of procurement strategies.
- Assist to draft Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with businesses, based on existing guidelines.
E-Procurement Systems and Data Analysis
- Managing the supplier onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration and compliance.
- Addressing and resolving issues related to procurement, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs and objectives.
- Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for improvements.
- Ensuring data accuracy and system integrity, providing training and support to users as needed.
- Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- University degree in relevant field and/or 3 years equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices.
- Passionate about process optimisation through digitalisation
- Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
