Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an Accounts cum Admin Assistant to handle supplier invoices and assist in Accounts Receivables and Payable. The ideal candidate should have at least a Nitec qualification, be bilingual in English and Mandarin, and have one year of relevant experience. This permanent position offers a salary of up to $3,000 plus benefits in Singapore.

- Process and verify all supplier and vendor invoices.
- Prepare and issue daily invoices to customers accurately.
- Assist in Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

- Position : Accounts cum Admin Assistant (AR/AP) – Up to $3,000 + AWS
- Location : Tuas South Link (Accessible via Bus 248/248M)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary : Salary Up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits

- Prepare and issue daily invoices to customers accurately and on time.
- Issuing of daily invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders and job orders.
- Assist in Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable.
- Assist in Sales Quotation.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Ad hoc duties as per assigned.
- Minimum of Nitec with at least one year of relevant working experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can speak mandarin.
