- 1. Conveying messages to the parents and staff in the school.
- Data entry
- 2. Recording late coming of students.
- 3. Recording loan of uniforms to students
- Updating of daily staff absence data
- 4. Record the daily student report sick data in the log books
- Receiving and registering documents
- 5. Receive and register documents in the front office.
- Sorting and storing of files
- 6. Sort out and keep the daily files at the office counter.
- Any adhoc duties tasked by the school leaders and Admin staff
