Job description

Duration: 1 year contract (renewable)

Location: Quality Road (3 bus stop from Boon Lay Interchange)

Salary: Up to $3200

Working hours

Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm

Jobscope
1. Visitor Management (Overall Management for Visitors on site)
  1. List of visitors
  2. Display of visitor names
  3. Allergen Acknowledgement Form
  4. Uniform size/Provide uniforms and PPE
  5. WIFI connection
  6. Preparation of invitation letters for overseas visitors + other documents, if required
  7. Meet & Greet visitors
  8. Meeting room set-up and managing the Internal catering in meeting room for VIP visits
  9. Sundries for VIP meetings - stock check
2. Shipment and Dispatch
  1. Receiving Mail/Sending of mail – online booking
  2. Courier mail services (dispatch of samples, receiving of samples)
  3. Housekeeping and inventory of parcels
3. Employee Support

Access Card Management

  1. Printing of new access cards & stickers
  2. Replacement access cards
  3. Cleaning up of system every month based on staff changes
  4. Lanyards & card covers

Stationery stock checks and demand

Provide uniforms and safety shoes to new employees

General document preparation (printing and preparation into binders or laminated) as requested and required

Requirements

· Min 3 years of relevant working experience

· Customer Service Oriented

· Good interpersonal & communication skills
