A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a managerial role that involves managing visitor operations, handling shipments and dispatches, and providing employee support. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and strong customer service as well as communication skills. Attractive salary package up to $3200/month offered.
Duration: 1 year contract (renewable)
Location: Quality Road (3 bus stop from Boon Lay Interchange)
Salary: Up to $3200
Working hours
Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
Access Card Management
Stationery stock checks and demand
Provide uniforms and safety shoes to new employees
General document preparation (printing and preparation into binders or laminated) as requested and required
· Min 3 years of relevant working experience
· Customer Service Oriented
· Good interpersonal & communication skills
