The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for managing the front desk and providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate should be a cheerful, well-groomed professional with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk and Reception Duties:
    • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a warm and professional manner.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
    • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Administrative and Logistical Support:
    • Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems.
    • Provide logistical support in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and activities.
    • Assist in coordinating venue bookings, catering, and necessary materials.
    • Help with the setup and teardown of meeting rooms and event spaces.
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
    • Coordinate with vendors and building management as required.
    • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements and Skills
