Location: Bukit Merah

Duration: 5-6 months

Department: Accounts Receivable (Refunds)

Workdays: 5 days/week, office hours

Salary: $1,600 - $2,000

Responsibilities

• Obtain Statement of Accounts (SOA) from suppliers
• Prepare & submit creditors' reconciliation statements for vendors
• Extract data from SAP, invoice database & supplier portal for reconciliation
• Follow up on reconciling items, obtain certified true copy invoices
• Provide payment status updates on invoices
• Handle phone calls & emails enquiries promptly
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
