Contract Duration: 11 Months

Salary Range: $5,000 per month

Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview

We are looking for a self‑motivated and organized Project Admin Assistant to provide administrative and secretariat support for large‑scale sports events. In this role, you will be involved in post‑event documentation, managing meeting logistics, preparing event reports, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about sports and event management who thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and organize comprehensive post‑event reports from relevant teams
  • Maintain an efficient digital filing system and assist with data migration
  • Support the preparation of final event reports for key stakeholders
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including venue bookings and logistics
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and invitations
  • Attend meetings to record minutes and track action items
  • Follow up with members on outstanding matters and ensure progress tracking
  • Maintain organized shared folders and ensure proper knowledge management protocols
  • Ensure all meeting documentation is accessible and properly filed
  • Provide administrative support to the Secretariat Team
  • Coordinate and schedule committee meetings and group discussions
  • Prepare presentation decks for key meetings under the guidance of senior project members
  • Support coordination between internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize key events and functions for Pesta Sukan
  • Contribute to a smooth transition from planning to operational phases
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
  • 1‑2 years of experience in event management or administrative support, preferably within the sports sector
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data management and basic analytics
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and content management systems
  • Knowledge of sports event management is a plus
