Description du poste
- We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Engineering Sales Director to lead our sales operations within the engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with key clients.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote engineering products and services.
- Identify target markets and new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement improvements to meet or exceed targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Lead negotiations and finalize sales contracts with clients.
- Manage risk in the sales process by identifying challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Collect and analyze sales data to support decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Work closely with internal departments such as engineering, marketing, and finance to align business objectives.
