We're looking for a motivated and curious Data Operations Specialist eager to build a career in data science or analytics. If you get excited by dashboards, understand how large language models (LLMs) are transforming data workflows, and can confidently work with data in Excel, this internship is for you.

This role offers hands-on experience supporting the analytics and operations team, facilitating cross-functional coordination, and translating data into actionable insights. You will be integral to how data influences decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

1. Maintain and document metadata for dashboards and datasets to ensure traceability and clarity.
2. Monitor dashboard performance metrics and flag unusual trends.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data, understand needs, and share insights.
4. Assist with ad hoc data requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5. Extract data and derive insights to support decision-making.
6. Streamline data workflows through proper hygiene and documentation.
7. Stay updated on how LLMs and AI tools can enhance data operations.

1. Student or recent graduate interested in data science, analytics, or business intelligence.
2. Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in data tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Code Interpreter).
3. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
4. Knowledge of SQL is a plus, but not required at an advanced level.
5. Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• Working hours: 6 hours/day
