A leading company is seeking an eCommerce Manager to oversee operations on Lazada and Shopee. The successful candidate will manage product listings, execute targeted campaigns, leverage advertising tools, and analyze sales data to optimize performance. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in content creation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage and maintain daily operations of our Lazada and Shopee stores, including product listings, pricing updates, inventory management.
Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns and promotions, leveraging tools provided by Lazada and Shopee to drive traffic and sales.
Utilize in-platform advertising tools (e.g., Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Shopee Ads) to optimize product visibility and sales performance.
Create and manage engaging content for product listings and promotional materials, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and platform metrics to identify trends, optimize performance, and implement improvements.
Stay updated on platform policies, features, and best practices to ensure compliance and capitalize on new opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Lazada and Shopee stores.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
Strong understanding of eCommerce platform algorithms, SEO, and promotional tools specific to Lazada and Shopee.
Experience with in-platform advertising tools and campaign management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
