Specialist, Quality Control

What you'll achieve

• Responsible for shift operation & maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Work with Manufacturing operations & extended team on engineering change management.
• Design and develop robotics and automation through vision systems, OCR, & PLC programming in rotating shifts (six days a week).
• Troubleshoot robotics and automation systems, including vision systems, OCR, & PLC programming.
• Set up new lines through systematic equipment integration, ensuring compliance with Lean and ISO standards.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in robotics programming and PLC automation interface.
• Design scalable and fast web applications.
• Experience in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, & OCR solutions, object detection algorithms.
• Deep knowledge of AutoCAD for line design concepts.
• Strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting & new program development.
• Experience in creating software & automation scripts using open source tools (VB, SQL, Python).
• Ability to handle multiple strategic projects.

Desirable Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mech-Electronics Engineering.
